We aren’t licensed pest inspectors but are trained to identify activity and damage associated with these critters, and do report on them if they are visible or evidence is present.

The inspection times vary based off many factors such as size, age, condition(s) and additional services added. On average we spend 4 hours in total on each house inspecting and reporting combined.
